Timezone Version for 19c Upgrade

Dear Experts,

We are going to perform 19c upgrade from 12,2 (RAC configured)..

Can we upgrade timezone after upgrade ?

Please advise us.

>> Current Database detail

SQL> select * from v$timezone_file;

FILENAME VERSION CON_ID

-------------------- ---------- ----------

timezlrg_26.dat 26 0
