Timezone issues in receiving Mail

Hello,

Need help in Time Zone issue.

I am receiving mail from the Workflow mailer and its showing the different time but the mail receive date shows different

Please see the attach mail below:

Its showing receive time Fri 6/30/2017 9:32 AM but the Action date in Workflow shows as 16:31:22.

I went into server and prompt it $date and it shows 09:31 AM.Is there any specfic reason why its showing 7 hours difference
