timezone Australia/Perth change

Hi,

I need to change the settings for the Australia/Perth timezone. The local government implemented daylight savings on 3rd December 2006 and is trialling it for three years. I need to have the zoneinfo for Australia/Perth one hour ahead of what it is.
From what I have found, there is not a Solaris patch for this Daylight Savings change.

Can this be done somehow without a patch and without using the GMT+9 method? Users need the timezones correct for data processing.
