Hello All!
I'm new from here and, need some help!
I'm trying to figure out where can I find the "timezone_18.dat" file in order to upgrade my Ora 11r2 xe from 14 timezone to 18 and be able to import dump files exported on 18 version.
Lots of seachs and unfortunately nothing.
