TIMESTAMP IS NOT WORKING

HI GUYS,

I have a prob here

this is table CCMS

and flds are

UPDATE TIME STAMP
CLID
CODE

Now whn m trying to insert clid and code flds update time stamp fld is not getting update autometacaly .

can any one help me getout from this prob

this is oracle 10g
