timestamp column formatting in interactive report

Hi,
I've an interactive report with timestamp column.
the source of this report is a sql query and it includes a timestamp column.
The report does not display the whole timestamp like DD-MON-YYYY HH24:Mi:SS.
I've tried to change the "Appearance" attribute of the column to DD-MON-YYYY HH24:MI:SS
but no success.
I've also tried to select the column with to_char(event_timestamp,'DD-MON-YYYY HH24:MI:SS')
no success.

how can I change this ?
