timestamp are getting truncated in the out put in SQL Developer

Hi ,

in the output ,timestamp part of the date field is getting runcated. Is there anyway to show the full timestamp as it comes in the unix terminal. Do i need to set something in the tool ?
Or should i use a latest version of SQL developer ? I am sing SQl developer for MAC OS.
If it is a version issue, please send me the link for the latest version
