TIMER not doing action end up with error com_oracle_apex_timer" is undefine

I have installed the apex plug in version : TIMER, 1.0. and configured as per the readme.txt file.

after created the dynamic action my sample page end with following error

Error: 'com_oracle_apex_timer' is undefined.

Please help me how to fix this issue. I have placed the file "com_oracle_apex_timer.min.js" under /i/ folder.
