Timeout when using Connection via Cloud Wallet - Works via Custom JDBC

When I create a Connection using Cloud Wallet connection type then I cannot connect to any of my cloud instances. Here's a screenshot:

However, when I use the Custom JDBC connection type then it works. Here's the screenshot:

Of course, I have to set some advanced properties to make it work.

Any tips on how I can establish a connection via Cloud Wallet in SQLDev for VS Code are welcome. I'm using v23.4.2 (pre-release).
