Time Synchronization between Guest & Host

Dear All,

I am having issues related to time synchronization between host and guest OS. My guest is running faster than the host.

I am trying to build a 2-node RAC using Oracle VM VirtualBox. Below is the Guest & Host OS details:

OS: Windows Xp Sp - 3 (32-bit)

Host OS:

OS: Oracle Enterprise Linux 5.2 (64-bit)

I have installed Guest Additions for Linux as well for both the VM machines. I also tried using the below command:

VBoxManage guestproperty set "My Host Name" "/VirtualBox/GuestAdd/VBoxService/--timesync-interval" 2000

Your help is appreciated.
