Time stamp mismatch !!

Dear Friends,

I'm seeing an issue with date/time difference when trying to insert database from ORDB1 to ORDB2 database. What might be causing this discrepancy?

ORDB1 is 10.2.0.3, ORDB2 is 11.1.0.7
