Ticketing tools

Dear All,

I want to know about ticketing tool.I've searched in google and found BMC as the best.

Here are my questions.

1.Top 3 ticketing tools which supports oracle databases.

2.Can I implement them in my test environment.

Please answer the above so that I can implement ticketing tool at my environment(TEST).
