Third Party JDBC Driver for connecting to an iSeries

Is there a JDBC driver I can use t connect to DB2 on an IBM iSeries. I am using SQL Developer version 3.1.07. I have the db2jcc.jar and db2jcc_license_cu.jar for connecting to other DB2 environments. If one is in development, what is the timeline for availability?
