There is no conf configuration for window in the official documentation of ORDS, which prevents installation

Figure 1 shows the official installation document for ORDS，In Figure 3, the installation requires a conf file according to the rds install command. However, Figure 2 shows that the conf folder does not exist in the official downloaded Windows package, and the official file in Figure 1 does not explain how to configure the ords.conf file for Windows
