Theme42 functions not available in APEX 19.1

Hello,

      Oracle APEX Version: 19.1

      DB: 12.2

     I am missing some JavaScript API functions in my application other than apex.oracle.com or earlier version of apex.

The Above functions and props are available in apex.oracle.com. Not the same in my instance. See the picture below

I only have limited functions.

I am not able to understand why is it happening. I verified the theme42 js file, the function is available in the Script.

Could some spot a light on this.
