Theme Roller - set to vista theme and now cannot set it back to vita

APEX 19.2

I used the Theme Roller to set my apps theme to "vista" to see what it would look like. Originally it was set to "vita". After I clicked on the "Set as Current" there is no option to set it back to one of the "vita" options. Any ideas how to set it back?

What does the * next to the "vista" option mean?
