Theme Roller not saving changes in APEX 5.1

Hi all,

I have searched and found 4/5 similar questions. None of them was answered. Still I need to find a solution for this and hence I am repeating the question here for a solution. Please help.

After making some changes using theme roller I click the save button. There is no response for a long time. If I click the save button again the save dialog box is closed without saving changes. I checked the inspect->console and found the following error:

POST http://localhost:8080/ords/wwv_flow.ajax net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET.

This is an ords standalone installation, latest chrome version and apex 5.1.
