Theme Created With Theme Roller

Apex 24.2

I have created a theme using the Theme Roller.

I can export it and import it via the Theme Roller but I have a question.

When I look for the theme in the Shared Components, I do not see it

Can it be seen in the Shared Components ?

Can it be imported and shared between applications in the same workspace or do we have to import it via the Theme Roller for each application
