The user can not access the ORDS Metadata database objects. Please.....

ORDS Version 22.3.1.r2901647
Oracle Database 21c Express Edition Release 21.0.0.0.0

Tomcat 9

I can not access https://xyz.com:8443/ords/me/reportr/pl/ anymore.

The user can not access the ORDS Metadata database objects. Please consult the section in the ORDS documentation titled 'Troubleshooting ORDS Metadata database objects access'.
