the top part of the form disapear when i come back from the form

hi am in oracle Forms [64 Bit] Version 12.2.1.4.0 (Production) i have issue when i get out of the form and go to another forms and come back the top park of the form disappear and is blank ,the top part is from another form the buttom part is from another form
