Hello,
Some Clients who access our web service over a SSL connection complains some times they get "page cannot be found" error message. At that That time
I noted that webserver displays a error
message "[25/Oct/2005:13:39:59] failure ( 348): Error accepting connection -5994, oserr=997 (The semaphore timeout period has expired." on the error
log. Why is that?
