So, I am a win 10 pro user and I successfully installed Oracle DB 18c XE first time I downloaded it. It was a 2gb rar file with "OracleXE184_Win64" that name.

(PS: Im only keeping this bcoz I found out you can download someother 18c XE version of rar file with diff looking installer)
I even executed a java program in which oracle jdbc driver was used to see If I could connect to DB successfully and I could. Even SQL* Plus app was installed and I could login and do things.
So, everything was good but then I got to know about Oracle 19c and then I wanted to have latest version so I uninstalled 18c and installed 19c and even though I had errors (multiple) I found solutions online and installed it. It was installed bit for some reasons I couldnt figure out how to make it work with oracle jdbc and long story short I finally gave up on 19c and decided to go back to 18c because it was flawless and didnt require hours of chasing down the rabbit hole to find solutions to problem. Well, the 19c installation was weird because the filename was "WINDOWS.X64_190000_db_home" Something like that and the installer was totally different.
Anyway, I got to control panel to uninstall 19c and couldnt find it there, so naturally I googled and found this tutoraial and did whatever the video said "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ItfiRDoDjKk "
Now, the main thing is in step 3(I guess), he told me to remove user group from lusrmgr.msc and....I couldnt remember whats the 19c user name because while Installing I chose "Use virtual account" option. So, except that I did everything and deleted Oracle from Installation directory, program files, changes to registries and so on. So, back to installing 18c again and this...failed....and it kept on failing.
I tried win+r and then temp folder and deleting everything from there, deleting %temp% contents, removing any oracle environment variables I found, restarting PC multiples.
Any solution to my problem??
