We are running an APEX service in OCI, and have started getting this error when logging in directly to SDW

It was working fine about 6 months ago.

Logging into SDW from APEX → SQL Workshop works fine.

We have a load balancer + WAF setup in front of the APEX service database and the database runs in a private subnet.

Any ideas ?
