The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in

While installing Oracle SOA suite 10.1.3.1 on windows XP , i am getting the following error

The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL

Though the installation continues afterthe error and i am able to loging to ESB console , there i am getting no instancs and error.
