The path of deployed application on weblogic server

Dear,
i am deployed ADF application with Task Flows and File properties (common-config.properties) as SharedLib on webcenter spaces, make properties file on my application common-config.properties have the data related to Database or Active Directory like Driver, password..etc, every thing working done..
but i want to know if i can modify the on deployed application (properties file --> common-config.properties) on weblogic server without make re-deploy the application, i mean if there is Path for the deployed WAR file on server can i open it and modify the property(common-config.properties) without needing to re-deploy the application.

Using :
1- WebLogic Server Version: 10.3.6.0
2 - Webcenter Server Version : 11.1.1.6

Please advice...
