The page cannot be displayed... after successful install

I just installed Oracle Database 10g Express Edition for Windows by running the executable: OracleXE.exe After a successful installation, I try to go to the Database Home Page (http://127.0.0.1:8080/apex/)... but I just get a generic message "The page cannot be displayed". (I did check and the database is started and running...)

I'm running on MS Windows XP Professional, with SP1.

Can someone please help me?
