Hi All Of masters,

I'm new at all and I need your help to solve this problem.

i met the problem when try to add host target on enterprise manager cloud control 13c while deploying agent exactly while installation and configuration phase of deployment. This is the error :

and the causes shown :

Error Message: The Oracle Management Server (OMS) host and port specified via OMS_HOST and EM_UPLOAD_PORT is not available.

Pass in a valid hostname and port number for the OMS to successfully deploy the agent.

Exit Code :1

would you please help me to solve this problem.
