I setup one notification in one process and I send notification to it from another process. But I got the error below

Instance Cache: Opening the cache for process '/CNS/ITS/AGR/AGRProcess#Default-1.0'. The maximum number of instances has been exceeded.

What does it mean? How to fix it?
