the initIialization parameters

The parameter file is supposed to be pfile or spfile. When instance initializes it takes the parameter from either of the two files.

When you check there are many parameter when using command " show parameter " displays on the screen,

M y question is From where these parameters are coming i,e where they are stored. Are they generated runtime ?

I am using 11gR2.
