The Imex Webinar - time confusion

According to the webpage it's at 1:30 PM EST (10:30 PM PST).

Which is it? 1:30PM EST is 4:30PM PST, isn't it?

I'm not sure, being Yurripeen.

Wait - I've got that backwards - it should be 10:30AM PST, shouldn't it?
