I have an EM12c agent that seems to be running fine on a database server:

Agent is Running and Ready
However, in EM12C, the host show as with a gear icon and the message "Agent unreachable".
When I click on the host, it work with the following warning message on the top:
The host is up but the agent S00OTE3.PROD.LOCAL:3873 monitoring it is down. Only Response metric is being collected.
I have attempted several stop/start of the agent.
Our agent version is 12.1.0.3.0. The host is running Windows 2008 R2.
Any advice from somebody?
