If you have not already moved to FMW (including Forms/Reports) 14.1.2, I do not recommend waiting any longer. Support for older versions is about to end. Don't wait until a crisis situation hits then expect Oracle Support to jump through hoops to help you. Start you upgrade now while you still have time to get the help you may need.
