The flat file connector (12c) schedule is running failed. File or directory parent does not exits.

We have problem about OIM(12.2.1.4) and flat file connector(12.2.1.3) While running schedule. We already have CSV file in OIM server then running FFCTEST Flat File Users Loader schedule. The schedule is running failed but sometime scheduled is running success. Why it is happening?
