The first step - a book ?

Hi,

I have college experience using Java 2, working with Swing etc. but want to learn about Java Server Pages.
Could someone suggest a suitable practical, tutorial/examples based book to get me going? I consider myself a beginner. There are many books out there, so I appreciate your suggestions and help.
