The Database script returned an error.

Using Symantec Backup Exec for Windows Server version 11d to backup my Oracle instances one from W2K3 server and one from W2K server.
Backup of Oracle instance from W2k3 is ok but Oracle instance from W2K server is not getting backedup by giving error "The Database script returned an error. Refer to the Database script output section in job logs for more details."

Is there any one facing this problem and had a solution ?
