Hi all,
my database instance is showing down in OEM 12c but actually the database is running and listener status is unknown. what actions should i take to make the database show up?
FYI,
The error is:
The current status of the target is down. ( I checked events tab in the incident manager there , it is showing error like " agent unreachable(Reason =unable to connect to the agent at https://sunshine.mad:3872/emd/main/[connection refused]). host is reachable.
One week before I did switchover the databases, is this is the reason why it is showing this error? do we need to change any configuration after switchover databases on OEM 12c. at this point of time the database instance is showing down and listener up but suddenly the database and listener both went wrong.
please help me, give your valuable suggestions on this.
