The connection was reset

Hi,

JDev 11.1.2.4

In production, our users have from time to time an error in their browsers. "The connection was reset" / "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading".

The user can click on Try Again but it's not working (still same error). The only way to get back to work, is to click on the Back button of the browser.

Do you know what could be the problem?
