I created a lot of applications in Cobol, Zim, SuperMumps, Clipper,
and in the last 15 years in Firebird database ,Lazarus Delphi and Python
I'm new to oracle database and APEX application generator
I found out this Apex Hosting - https://www.oracleapexservices.com/
In the starter plan there available 1 Schema, TableSpace: 100 MB and WebSpace: 100 MB, Without extendable tablespace, Without OCI
With the limitations above, can I create a Simple and Small Web Database App for instance for 3 users, with access control
(which screen and fields each user can see, etc) ?
