The active editor cannot provide outline information with Oracle SQL and PLSQL

Outline information is not working in 'Oracle SQL and PLSQL' language mode for me

Does anybody encountered (ing) the same behavior? How this can be fixed?

plugin: 19.3.2

vs: 1.42.1
