Thai Language support

Dear Sir
I am working for a Thailand Project, in that the user wants to input data in Thai,
Our problem is user has given us some Opening data In Excel format in Thai language ,Wat we have to do is Upload the Excel files (in Thai font) in out Tables and retrieve the same in our Frond End application ,

We are Using Power Builder 8 as Front-end tool

Hope u can help me to get ride of the situation..
