TFA trace file analyzer on Windows

HI, I need to run TFA on Windows environment. Firstly I need to know if TFA is freeware without cost. And I did not find any tutorial of how to install and run it on Windows environment, justo for Linux. Does anyone have run it before to gove me tips ?
