Textfield Format Mask Input Mask

Can anyone show me how to set format mask for a textfield item?
Say I want users to insert AA-NNNNN-NNN (e.g. WD-32433-432), when they type in WD, the textfield automatically insert the '-' then allowed them to type 5 numbers, another dash automatically, then 3 numbers. I've been searching but couldn't find any solution. Please help!

If there's no solution, please show me how to set validation rule for this.
