Text field Email Subtype validation performed even if marked as not Required

Hello,

Our Apex is 24.2.9

I have an email field for multiple emails split with , please see screen shot. Validation still fails during submit even I mark it Validation not required, how can I disable this field's built-in validation? thanks. The app is for Zebra scanners and email subtype invokes the right virtual keyboard
