Test point url is not generated properly after deploying ADF application in Integrated WebLogic Serv

Hi All,

JDeveloper Version: Studio Edition Version 12.2.1.3.0

Requirement: I have a simple application which I want to deploy in integrated weblogic server. For deployement I have followed the steps describe in the below link.

Earlier whenever I deployed any application it was deployed very smoothly. But today when I deployed one application in the integrated web logic server, I am not able to find the proper Test Point URl. I am getting the url as below:

Can you please help me to fix this. Is this the issue with the JDeveloper version that I am using or I missed any important steps which was not described in the above shared link.
