Test failed - no ocijdbc11 in java.library.path

Just DL'd sqldeveloper and thought I'd use it to browse an instance on a host - fell over at the first hurdle. I just downloaded this with the java SDK - can't it get its own classpath right?

1.5.0.53 with inbuilt JDK.

Disappointed. Anyone have a workaround..?
