Test Console portal creds not working

Trying to access the following in Test Console

Application Name

sso-stage

Application Owner

Application ID

67b0c5e1-3114-451f-81be-e5f239c3adb9

Client ID

e34790df-cbb0-41a5-8545-fe17f734cd24

Background Information:

When I get to the login screen, typing “portal / portal” doesn't work. Just says invalid username/password.
