Teradata to Oracle sql convertion

Hi,

i need to convert teradata sql to Pl/sql

i need to get values from these to interval
so can you please provide perfect match for this sql in Oracle

select *from table
where CONDITION



AND ( ( time1 - time2 ) DAY ( 4 ) TO SECOND ) >= '0 00:00:60'
AND ( ( time1 - time2 ) DAY ( 4 ) TO SECOND ) <= '0 01:00:00'

i tried using day(4) in oracle,but it won't work...
