Its about Temporal Data.

Is there any way we can implement Temporal Data Management (with valid time and transaction time attributes-bitemporal) within Oracle ??

I have just started POC. I am more interested in knowing best storage mechanism (history with row level timestamping or attribute level timestamping).
Retrieval of the temporal data is also a pain to me, we can use analytical functions but in general what are the operations involved in converting temporal data into temporal reporting (what kind of queries usually consumers do on temporal data?), any implementatoin ideas ?
