Template for comparing database parameters before and after upgrade to 11g

Hi all,
We're upgrading our 10g machine to 11g very soon. I've prepared a checklist of Oracle system parameters, .bash_profile (RHEL 4) values. We have few few-hundred-line engine that we run in some time interval.
Now I need to prepare a sheet to compare the run time of these queries in these two environments. I was wondering if you guys have a template for checklist to compare different run times in 10g and 11g environments.

Any templates that you've used to compare these values after and before upgrade, would be a great help. Also any suggestions and advices on what to compare and what to check, are highly appreciated.
