At the template activity, when adding material resources we have found the following issues:
- No option to adjust/change the expense code
- When adding the material to the template it does not pick-up the cost but recognizes there has been material added. This will be used to determine funding/budget requrirements with-in our PM maintenance program.

- It looks like the unit price being added to the record in the database is always 0 if it’s a DP. There’s only 1 template activity material requirement record with a unit price and that’s from an inventory item (which has a unit price under inventory details). Not for sure why it’s looking at the unit price in this location since DP would never have a unit price other than $0. This is something that needs to be resolved, I am not seeing an underlying script that is showing me exactly where it’s doing that, so it’s probably an underlying Java program that Oracle themselves would have to fix.
- We implemented the issue to Oracle - they have responded to add it to the forum. They could not reproduce the issue. Stated the system does not allow the change Expense Codes for Inventory type Stock Items on the Template Activity Resource Requirement by design.
